Position: Accounting Manager

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000
An opportunity is available for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead financial operations and ensure the integrity of the company's accounting functions. This role is responsible for managing financial processes, overseeing audits, maintaining internal controls, and supporting cross-departmental financial initiatives. The position requires expertise in NetSuite, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as strong presentation and communication skills to effectively interact with senior leadership.
Lead financial closing cycles, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in accordance with US GAAP.
Develop and implement financial benchmarks and performance monitoring systems.
Oversee general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, accruals, and variance analyses.
Establish and enforce financial policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manage internal controls and coordinate external audits to safeguard financial integrity.
Ensure optimal cash flow management, monitoring receivables and disbursements to sustain operations.
Oversee Accounts Receivable, ensuring accurate invoicing, dispute resolution, and timely collections.
Manage Accounts Payable, optimizing cash flow while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Implement cost-tracking methodologies to assess pricing accuracy and project profitability.
Lead the development of budgeting and forecasting models to align financial strategy with business goals.
Provide analytical insights into cost trends, revenue risks, and performance optimization.
Oversee the NetSuite finance system, ensuring full utilization and efficiency improvements.
Optimize financial workflows and reporting structures for streamlined operations.
Drive enhancements in financial data accuracy and accessibility.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred).
Minimum of 3+ years in a progressively responsible accounting role, including 2+ years in leadership.
Expertise in NetSuite-must have experience with system customizations and module implementations.
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills required-proficiency in modeling, reporting, and presentations.
Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting best practices.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
